week 3
thinking ahead . . .

*******

week 2
a big week at work, a lot of big life-decisions to contemplate...
and to top it off,
this morning, i got a facebook message from God :)
here is what it said...

"Today, Marie, we believe God wants you to know that ...

you do not see things as they are.

You see them as you are.

When you look, you see reflections of your being. When you listen, you hear echoes of yourself. If you don't like something about what you see and hear, no point in smashing the mirror, change who you are becoming."

i am not sure what i am supposed to do with this info, God, but i am going to add it to the stuff i need to contemplate...

week 1
taken at sunset at the Connecticut River floodplain in Longmeadow MA...

not quite sure how these pages work on blogger but i will learn as i go...

last year, my twin sister and i decided to try to take a self portrait a day to learn who we each have become at 57 yrs old, looking from the outside in.  i made a separate blog to document it http://dayyearlifemarie.blogspot.com/2012/04/365-project.html

i took a lot of pictures through the year but couldn't keep up with the posting and it lost its appeal, as a result.   i felt guilty a lot and who needs that??  so i took the pics, thinking that was the ultimate goal and left it at that.

but it turns out that part of the learning comes from being able to see the collection of pics, all together in one place. i love looking at the blog i had started, above, and find that i want to try again.   on top of that, i need a photo project. SO....i am going to do a Project 52 and try to log it in on this one blog so i don't lose track and add guilt to my life.
